Bridgette Zhdanov Calderon
Descended from the shamanic Huichol people, Bridgette Zhdanov was born with an ancestral gift for healing, first observing this ability at age seven.
Since 2012, Bridgette has been active as a Certified Medical Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Tai Chi Instructor, and Intuitive Energy Healer.
Bridgette takes a holistic approach to wellness, blending medical and neuromuscular techniques with energetic practices.
As a skilled bodyworker, she uses manual manipulation to release tension and blockages within the body, focusing on the fascia and connective tissues.
As a gifted energy worker, she intuitively tracks trigger points and unwinds the body’s fascia, as well as stagnation within the etheric field.
This integrated process removes crystallized physical and emotional trauma, restoring the body's somatic and spiritual vitality. Through specialized methods like lymphatic drainage and energy release, Bridgette clears the body and mind of negative effects caused by unprocessed emotions and energies, fostering deep healing and balance.
Additional benefits include but are not limited to chronic pain relief, fascial release, increased flexibility/range of motion, reduced inflammation and the breakdown of scar tissue.
She also offers Body and Face Sculpting through lymphatic drainage techniques.
